Dental Technology Laboratory

We provide transport of works

between laboratory and practice throughout Poland and abroad.

ACRYLIC DENTURES

We make complete and partial dentures from the best materials available on the market. We offer a wide range of options, as we produce dentures from both pink and clear acrylic, with or without reinforcement. This way, meeting our clients’ expectations, the rate of cracks in our dentures is extremely low. And the number of satisfied clients is growing. We also make etrusks (up to three teeth in an etrusk).

Single and compound metal post and core build-ups

We create post and core build-ups using both traditional casting methods with alloys from renowned manufacturers, as well as with digital Cad-Cam technology, sending for laser sintering. As a result, our build-ups do not contain nickel or other alloys that most often cause allergies among patients.
 

Metal crowns and bridges veneered with ceramic

We create works using Cad-Cam technology and 3D SLM technology. The works are veneered with Creation_by_Willi_Geller ceramics, intended “From Masters For Masters,” allowing us to produce every color and reproduce any tooth almost one-to-one.

All-ceramic restorations

  1. Veneers.
  2. Based on zirconium dioxide framework veneered with Creation by Willy Geller ceramic.
  3. From full-contour zirconium dioxide, from the American brand Sagemax.
  4. All the above-mentioned restorations are of the highest quality, made with the utmost precision, especially zirconia works, which are made based on CAD-CAM technology—computer-designed in the Exocad program and cut/milled on a CNC-type Imesicore machine. These kinds of restorations are highly aesthetic.

Combined works and skeletal dentures ​

We make both clasp and non-clasp skeletal dentures. For clasp dentures, we can replace the clasps with acetal material in tooth color (so they are less visible). The metal framework is made from a cobalt-chrome alloy.

Combined works with the use of attachments, slides, and locks seated on natural teeth or implants.
Thanks to these solutions, we can plan and create a skeletal denture for any situation. We have had experience with such restorations since 2000.

Implantology work

We perform various types of implant work, use unique solutions, and in combination with Exocad, we can create restorations for any situation—even those considered impossible. We mill both custom and standard abutments.  No implant system is a problem for us.
We use various types of anchors:

  • ball attachments
  • locators
  • equators
  • bars
  • multiunits
  • bases with screw channel redirection
  • All on X restorations

Whitening and relaxation splints ​

We make splints using thermoforming technology with Erkoform. It is one of the leading companies producing a complete set—from pressing machines to brushes, polishing pastes, and the discs from which the splints are formed. We produce soft-hard, hard, relaxation, and whitening splints using digital wax-up for Flow Injection Technique. We also make protective mouthguards for athletes and anti-snoring splints (Silensor).

Composite work

Composite restorations are milled just like other crowns using Cad-Cam technology, from brecam.Hipc blocks by the German company Bredent, and individualized with Optiglaze stains by GC. Thanks to this combination, we have perfect fit at the preparation margin and aesthetics. For some restorations, we also use flowable composite Shofu Ceramage Up.

We make both AET crowns and bridges. In addition, we also mill provisional structures and crowns from PMMA using CAD-CAM technology..
