Masters of Future II - Zirconium Oxide White&Pink

A demonstration of design and a painting and glazing workshop using Sagemax paint 3D colors.

During the course, you will learn how to properly design a full-contour zirconia structure,
what to pay special attention to during the design process, and which tools
and parameters to use in Exocad:

  • sealing, cement space, additional spacing, bur step, and how to
    design the border so that after cutting and sintering you can immediately proceed to painting,
  • how to design work for teeth prepared with a margin and for
    marginless works such as verti prep.,
  • how to align teeth in an arch to maximize work efficiency while maintaining
    aesthetics.
  • how to safely place the work in the CAM
  • how to release such a structure from a zirconia block after cutting and with which tools,
  • how to texture it, give it a natural surface appropriate for the patient’s age,
  • information on sintering, which program to choose for which structure, and how
    to place works in the furnace to avoid unexpected surprises,
  • Workshop: painting a 3-point structure with Sagemax paint 3D colors as well as painting and applying textural gingival glaze.

Course Cost: 2300 PLN

Maximum number of participants: 12; minimum: 6*

*The organizer reserves the right to change the training date or cancel the course if the minimum group of 6 participants is not met.

Tools provided by the organizer:

  • structure after sintering and model for each participant,
  • tools for finishing and texturing – brushes and painting tools,
  • palette for applying paints,
  • Sagemax paint 3D paints – STL files for designing in Exocad,
  • portable suction device,
  • gingival ceramics.

Required from course participants:

  • small tools:
    brush, inlay, spatula, etc.
