Dental technician Michał Nytko
– enthusiast, expert and supporter of the digital revolution in dental prosthetics.

I have been connected with dental technology since childhood – my father is a dental technician, my mother a dental prosthodontist – so instead of playing with toys, I was assembling sample guides, casting models, and soaking up the atmosphere of the lab. It wasn’t a decision – it was a natural path. I obtained a dental technician diploma in 2015, but as early as 2013 I was already working at the family lab, gaining experience, the trust of the team, and my first doctors.

Since 2017, CAD-CAM has become my specialty and passion. I design in exocad, use modern manufacturing methods (3D printing, milling), but I don’t neglect traditional methods – manual finishing and characterization still matter a lot to me.

Zirconium oxide holds a special place in my work – cut-back, microlayering, full anatomy. I have developed my own One Bake technique and my own texturing kit, which allow me to achieve spectacular aesthetic results in a short time.

In 2022, I became a Sagemax brand ambassador. I run training and workshops on exocad design and aesthetic zirconia characterization, sharing my knowledge in Poland and abroad. I have trained with the best (Vlachopoulos, Polansky, Sing, Zarco Nosti, Miladinov, Corradini, Picha), and I share my knowledge in industry journals and at prestigious events – such as IDS Cologne or Krakdent, Cede.

Together with my father, we develop our M&M Nytko DentaLabor studio, combining many years of experience with the newest technologies. For me, it’s not just a profession – it’s a way of life where every smile is a story about precision, aesthetics, and passion.
